b) Manufacturing Environment

Our production facility has a Class 100,000 GMP workshop, and all personnel are required to wear hair nets, protective clothing and shoe covers. Each workshop entrance has an air shower to maintain strict hygiene standards. The system ensures a clean and safe environment for production activities.

c) Quality Assurance

 Four supervisors are assigned to oversee the production process, ensuring that all products adhere to our stringent quality criteria.

d) Addressing Quality Complaints

In the event of any customer complaints regarding quality, these are promptly directed to our customer service team, who then report directly to the factory manager. Typically, a meeting involving the production, purchasing, and packaging departments is convened within 24 hours to address the issue. We strive to provide a resolution and feedback within 48 hours.
